Return Policy: We
offer a 30 day return period from the date of receipt on
damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) numbers must be assigned prior to the return
of any orders.
Returned items must be complete
and in their original packaging. Installed or used items
are not returnable to us but may fall under their
manufacturer's warranty. Items in need of service or
repair (warranty or otherwise) should be returned directly to
the appropriate manufacturer. Items returned to us may
encounter up to a 15% restocking fee.
